Boulevard did 2 cd's of good well crafted aor. The 1st was lacking in guitar, but this was beefed up a little on the 2nd. Saying that it is by no means hard rocking but they are definitlely worth having. The singer was similar in style to Stephen
McNally ( RIP) from Roadmaster and therefore was as far as I am concerned great.
Paul Laine now sings for Danger Danger but has done 2 solo albums. The 1st
"Stick It In Your Ear" is fantastic melodic hard rock. The 2nd is more of the same
but I believe it was only a selection of demos and it isn't as well produced as the 1st.
HoneyMoon Suite are brilliant purveyors of finely crafted AOR and are similar to
the likes of Loverboy.
Frozen Ghost feature a couple of ex members of Sherriff but the sound is nothing like them. This is more high tech pop rock and the 1st 2 cd's didn't do anything for me but the 3rd was more like it with some great AOR songs. ( I can't remember what it was called now )
Hope this helps but it's only my opinion.
