Joe Lamonte was in a band called Steeplechase who did a great pomp record
at the end of the 70's I think or it could have been very early 80's.
This is available on cd with extra tracks and it is the best thing he has done.
He then joine a band called Shelter who made 1 lp for Polydor also in the early
80's. This is very good aor. The last I know of him was his solo lp
"Secrets You Keep". Again very good aor. Only the Steeplechase is on cd.
