Beat me to Saigon Kick too damnit!

Saigon Kick are my all time favourite band. The perfect blend of power, melody and thanks to the Jane's addiction influence, downright leftfieldism. (Is that a word?) Anyway, dig into those bargain bins buddies and prepare to be blown away.
Imagine The Beatles, Metallica and Jane's Addiction thrown together and you're getting there. Jason's post Kick SUPER TRANSATLANTIC is worth a listen too, but that also disappeard faster than a...well, better not say just in case the PC police get on my case. :-) JOKE!!

Other criminally underated bands/artists...TEA PARTY, yeah I know you said that one too, but I agree.

FRANCIS DUNNERY, former IT BITES vocalist/guitarist, now one of Britains greatest singer songwriters. See him live and weep at his virtuosity!

LEATHERWOLF - Classic metal in the finest tradition. 'Street Ready' is an all-time classic, and they were awesome live when I saw them.

KILLING JOKE - You want alternative? Killing Joke wrote the book. Every album's different, but with 'Pandemomium' they hit a creative high.

ZEBRAHEAD - Deserve to be all over MTV and leading the Nu-Breed but they're not! Go figure!

KINGS X - Still making music because they love it and each other! Certainly not for commercial reasons. that's for sure! Able to blend their own style with current trends without compromise.

and , er...HANSON. Scoff if you will, but mark my words Taylor Hanson will be one of the most highly regarded singers in the AOR field in a few years time. The signs are there already. Think Robert Hart etc. 'This Time around' th album is deserving of your attention.

I could go on and on and on, my album collection is a veritable bargain bin od artists that I seem to have given the kiss of death. Ooops!!
