I don't know who you talked too, but they kick ASS! I ordered almost all of thier releases and they have gotten to me faster than any mail order company that I have ever used. Thats from AOR to IMPULES to DREAMDISC. I highly recommend that you pick up whetever it is that you had your eye on. You won't be dissapointed. I know I haven't. :-)
