Europe album huh!
I'd have to say 'Out Of This World'. Kee Marcello's guitar sound is awesome and I prefer the version of 'Open Your Heart' to the original.

As for Joey's solo stuff i'm backing 'A Place To Call Home' which is very cool. Sort of mid western/new country style but if you listen long and hard enough you can hear the hallmarks of Joey's Europe writing style. Well worth checking out but don't expect it to sound like Europe. The second one 'Azalea Place' I didn't like.
