Of course I am not saying a band should give up, or have a shelf life, but there comes a question of integrity and quality, and just earning a pay check. That's really what this is isn't it.. with BOC, or Styx, or Kansas, or Skynrd... well, the list goes on. I think it would be a different matter if there were some artistic developments in the band's sound-perhaps some chances taken, or a little innovation. I don't hear that. You buy a BOC CD, you get BOC. As a musician this is difficult, because I am sure they never imagined 25 years on they would still be living under the shadow of "Don't Fear The Reaper".

I can only respond to what I hear Carl. I love 70's BOC at thier peak of creativity. I used to live near the guys fror Crissakes, but man, I kinda wish they would go away now.....
