"Knocking on Heaven's door" was there only hit in the U.S. that I remember....they used to play the video in the midwest quite often......
The band is in some mountain range jamming out......pretty cool.

You are really stretching my memory.......but I want to say Mitch Perry who also played with Guiffria (I think), played guitar for Heaven on that album.
