Steve, yes that's DC on 'Message' - it's from their best album, 'Paradox'. The first 2 RH discs are god awful and have a different singer, so stay away from anything but the Cooper-era stuff. 'Fear' is/was a big letdown and John West is completely wasted in that band - biggest mistake he ever made is join RH coz' they sure as well don't seem to be going anywhere - but down.

The guitar players on 'Permanent Mark' are Jeff Kollman (Mogg/Way, Edwin Dare, Cosmosquad) and Scott Stine (Haji's Kitchen, Enaic Requiem). Both are absolutely phenomenal - Scott's an all-out shredder while Jeff, who can rip it up as well, brings more of a jazzy-Schenker-on-steroids vibe to the table - very tasty licks. Both Scott and Jeff contribute songs on PM - the rest was written by George Bellas who must have bailed before the recording for some reason. My fave songs are 'Permanent Mark', which is Jeff's, and 'Pariah' by Scott, but everything is very, very good - even most of the Bellas stuff. Easily one of the most underrated metal albums of the late 90's IMO.
