The song "Broken Machine" is track 2 off his "Luke" solo album (Sony Records: SRCS 8329) - an awesome album IMHO... It's a different sound to what you'd expect from Toto though... with a dark, bluesey feel to the album. Steve Lukather is a bit of a Hendrix fan, and it shows through out most of his albums too)

I listen to Hardradio and they are playing a track called Broken Machine but they don't mention the artist, so I did a song search and came back with Steve Lukather as the artist.
