I think everyone is missing my point, but everyone is entitled to their opinion just as I am. 95 % of their transactions probably go without trouble but they do not know how to respond to the 5 % customer that has a problem. When I inquire about a damaged package(cracked cd) and all I get is a about a 4 word response that pretty much says Not our problem, I or anyone else is expected to get upset.
Again, everyone is entitled to their opinions and good luck to the next 5 % customer.
