I have been a fan of Ten for about 2 or 3 years but their gig at Camden, London was the first time I´d seen them. I really enjoyed them, very professional and tight and a good set, although I thought they played a few songs a bit too slow and that they had maybe too many mid-paced numbers. But anyway I liked them and told Steve in the bar that I really enjoyed their set. It´s a pity that they play Stadia in Japan but have to settle for - basically - pubs in their homeland but that´s life folks. Mark (Ashton), if you´re reading - get these guys onto a decent support here in Scandinavia for goodness´s sake! They´d do well I´m sure.

BTW, Gary made an interesting statement onstage - he said - "see you in February"...

I´d only seen Bob Catley with Magnum before (years ago) and he proved a consummate performer. What a showman. But the material didn´t really grab me - not bad, but just not my thing and sounded a bit samey to me. Still, I may be tempted to check out an album if I see it cheap somewhere.
