Hi there, I travelled from Ireland to see Poison last year at Jones Beach. It's a great venue , based in a natural setting, in a National Park. The big problem is it's in the middle of nowehere as far as access goes. There is a bus link to a rail station (late night tube effort) which services a few larger local towns.I stayed in Hempstead (??) and got a cab both ways at a cost of about $25 each trip, however as I said the big drawback is the lack of public transport , ideally the best way to get there is hire a car and drive , at least that way you won't be stuck for transport. There is a web site for Jones Beach , in which it gives details of the venue and travel directions etc., can't remember the url , try a search.BTW it's a no beer venue so driving won't be a problem and the merch was 15% more expensive than the 4 other venues I visited...not to mention $4 for a glass of freshly squeezed lemon mixed with water.........and $4.50 for a burger!!!Try catch them at the PNC Arts centre in NJ , much better venue all round, easier access as well.....cheers........Kieran
