Well, Hello, Fellow Staten Islander! :-D

I didn't purchase my Journey tickets through Zig Zag this time around (I got them directly from the Journey site), but I wouldn't doubt it for a second. Phil told me a long time ago that, when the Armaggedon soundtrack came out, people were buying it just for "Remember Me." (I must confess, I bought it for the very same reason.)

Also, for those who remember The Red Spot on Staten Island, Steve was one of their first bartenders, so a lot of people on SI do know him or of him. This must certainly have added to the number of people buying Journey tickets at least at that particular location. However, judging by the attendence at a few of the 'Vacation's Over Tour' shows that I've seen, Journey is still a very big draw.

They packed the Garden State Arts Center (which is pretty large) and had everyone on their feet and singing every word. If any of you have any doubts, just attend one show. For the first song, it was very quiet, but before the song was over the crowd was loving every minute of it. I'm sure if they plug the new album at every show we will see the sales numbers start to climb. :-)
