But if you listen very close to the Blue Murder album you'll find that John Sykes is trying to sound like David Coverdale.

I think Sykes as a vocalist is a great guitarist; but to say that he and the producer where responsible for the sound of the 1987 album shows a lack of understanding.

If you listen to Coverdale/Page you should realise which one was the more talented!!!!!
