I still haven't heard any of the ones you mentioned but I'll go with:
Jeff Beck - Who Else! (major inspiration for Satch's EOC? Jeff is God!)
Jeff Kollman - Shedding Skin (probably the most versatile new axe god out there; amazing songs, too! Great work with Mogg/Way & John West as well)
Frederik Thordendal - Sol Niger Within (the most twisted, evil, apocalyptic guitar album of all time. In a nutshell: Holdsworth meets Satan! ;-))
