Now & Then / Frontiers News - 20 March 2001
===========================================
BOURGEOIS PIGS
==============
Frontiers Records and Now & Then Productions are proud to announce their
latest world-wide mega-signing.

BOURGEOIS PIGS is a new band featuring an amazing line up. Participating
are: Richard Black (Shark Island) on vocals, Jake E. Lee (Ozzy
Osbourne, Badlands) and Michael Guy (House Of Lords) on guitar, Tony
Franklin (The Firm, Blue Murder) on bass and Linsday Vannoy (Alice
Cooper) on keyboards.

Guests in the recording sessions will include Matt Sorum (The Cult /
Guns'n'Roses) and Ken Mary (House Of Lords) supplying the drums, with
Kelly Hansen (Hurricane) to handle all backing vocals. The album is
being recorded in Michael Guy's studio in the Los Angeles, California
area and has been titled "Calamity of Vanities". Scheduled for
completion by the end of Summer 2001, the release is being slated later
in the year.

Michael Guy states: "The sound style will be quite adventurous, but will
remain firmly rooted in melodic hard rock."

Some of the song titles include "Calamity of Vanities" (to be included
in the upcoming Now & Then / Frontiers compilation "Union 4"), "Get Your
Dog Stoned" and "You Talk to Angels". There is a wide range of sounds
and attitudes to be revealed in this album that will show there are
still unexplored territories in the field of melodic hard rock.

When Michael Guy was asked, "Are we ready to rock?", he replied: "Asking
that question is like asking a lion if he's ready to take the head off a
zebra!"

"One Day" is a fabulous ballad !"
Fred Monster - Majestic

"I normally don't write a review when there's only ONE song on the menu.
But this is such a good westcoast/AOR single, it has to be mentioned !"
Ola Granshagen - Midwestern Skies

""One Day" is an awesome ballad in the Journey vein, yet retains the
band's own identity."
Kimmo Lauttalammi - Loud & Clear

"Well, this is one band who can stop the rot single handedly. Superb.
Check 'em out!"
Matthew Honey - Hard Roxx
