According to the All Music Guide, it was released on cd: Mercury 422 824 813-2 .
I've been looking for a copy too; all I have is an mp3 of the title track. The only place that I've ever found it was on the Metal Mayhem web site,under the personal collection link.And that one might be a cd-r, too. If you do get the cd-r off E-bay, I'd be interested in trading you for a copy!
