Steve Vai and Ozzy

Does anyone know about the X-RAY project that Ozzy and Steve Vai were planning together? I heard that they recorded a lot of songs together and scrapped it. That was before Ozzy's Ozzmosis album came out. If anyone knows any info. and details, on it, please post 'em.
