KEEL-The Right to Rock reissues

I was thinking of purchasing the reissue of Keel's "The Right to Rock"
by Metalmayhem, but Andrew did not post any sort of
review on it, like he did with the other reissues, so I was curious as to:

1.Whether or not it was a legitamate reissue, endorsed by the original
record company or some high profile bootleg?
2.What the quality of the artwork reproduction was like?
3.Sound quality-did they remaster the originals or not?
