hmmm...top 10 huh??

1. TOTO These guys are so underated it's not funny. Not to mention that if you counted how many pop/rock albums these guys played on in the 70s/80s and 90's they basically helped shape the sound of melodic rock/pop. Jeff Porcaro was a monster drummer!! RIP. Not to mention the incredible talent of the other musicians in the band. Bobby Kimball, Joseph Williams and Fergie Fredriksen are all great singers. THese guys get my vote for #1.

2. Journey/Foreigner tie.
Two of the greatest vocalists ever backed by great musicians and great songwriting.

3. a whole shitload of other bands *grin*
