Single of the Year: In Too Deep/Steelhouse Lane(99), My Secret/ Danger Danger(00)
Record of the Year:Promises/Def Leppard(99), It's My Life/ Bon Jovi, There Goes My Heart/ Enuff'z Nuff(00)

The difference between two categories? My idea is Record requires more than quality and must have influence to large number of music fans.
