Kix had a good following of fans here in the UK around the time of the Blow my Fuse and Hotwire cd's,they wern't huge but they still got quite a bit of coverage in Kerrang magazine and Metal Hammer,i never got to see them live but from the videos i have seen Steve Whitman is a very charismatic frontman and they did write some very catchy tunes, they might not have had an ounce of originality in there sound but if we melodic rock fans started to worry about something as trivial as originality then we'd all be pretty fucked for music to listen to.
