I think you've hit the nail on the head. You certainly have a better grasp of the technology than I have and I don't think anybody has the answers just yet.

You are right that businesses have to adapt to change and I know for a fact that there are major changes about to happen to one major UK retailer in an attempt to
'embrace' that change. I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

Whatever happens I hope you can find a niche for yourself if that's what you want to do. Maybe the web will be the only way to go.
