Well I grew up on the old Westerns like John Wayne (my father actually appeared in a Wayne film as an extra in six different scenes) Randolph Scott, Roy Rogers, Hopalong Cassidy, etc. so my earliest memory of what I wanted to be was a cowboy like those guys. As I grew into my teens I, like most boys, wanted to be a rockstar, that is until I realized that I was not blessed with any kind of musical gift whatsoever. Oddly enough being an attorney was a dream of mine, however I wanted to be someone like Perry Mason and wow judges, audiences and juries with my astounding and astute arguments. But I soon realized that I was not quite the gifted orator it takes to be such and so I found myself, still an attorney, but not a trial lawyer. It pays the bills but not exactly what I dreamed of in my youth. I am also an amateur writer and have completed my first novel and am in the process of trying to shop it around to hopefully be picked up by a publisher.
