Can someone explain to me the overwhelming praise this CD seems to get??? I don't hear it, except a couple good, but average rockers at the start??? The CD seems very predictable for the time it was released.

just like the Dare cd, I guess. Yea, maybe it does sound like some other stuff, but IMO, songwriting was a class ahead of the majority of the cds being released---and having Mark Free on vocals never hurt anybody as he was always guaranteed to lift a song up a notch or two.
