I'm glad you agree. I think he is getting better and better. I think, no doubt, some will disagree that his first 2 albums have lots of standard Euro AOR a la Europe with some great pompy moments. But by the time you get to United and No Sugar he is really hitting a writing style that does have influences yes - but is all his own. Like I say - those 2 tracks alone are worth the price of admission to this new CD. Why has this bloke got no deal outside Japan???
