Greg,if you like the bands you mentioned(which I would not consider heavy guitar artists), I think you would like the Tait era Newsboys stuff, even though they mostly don't have heavy guitar sound. I would pull up some of their best stuff on you tube and see what you like. Some of my favorite songs are Crazy, That's How You Change The World, Born Again,Love Riot,Restart, Miracles,Guilty, God's Not Dead,Escape. Some of them have good guitar riffs,especially Miracles,Born Again,God's Not Dead and Escape, but all are really catchy and get you moving or move you,in my opinion.
