You can't go wrong with a Bonamassa live album or DVD. The Royal Albert Hall gig in 2009 is particularly special as that's when he truly arrived. His solo on Sloe Gin is always a highlight, but I doubt he'll ever play it that well again.

I also forgot to mention Driving Towards The Daylight. Which is a superb album. Shirley used Aerosmith's Brad Whitford as Joe's rhythmic foil to great effect on that one.

I would avoid his Rock Candy Funk Party albums too. Utter rubbish.
