Absolutely. It's scandalous that there's not a terrestrial TV prime time music show here in the UK, so whether folk like the show or not, culturally Later is very important.

As licence fee payers here in the UK, not too much to ask that hard rock acts get a look in on this BBC show - especially as obscure, minority genre acts are heavily featured. It's not about satisfying people like us, but instead exposing some of these bands to millions, who would not normally hear or see them. The likes of the very average Seasick Steve have made a UK career out of a single appearance on the show.
