I thought Blotzer was fine to go out and perform those songs under the "Bobby Blotzers Ratt Experience" banner but took it too far when he ditched that idea to try to sell his band as "Ratt". And I'm not even talking about the quality of the musicianship which was excellent.

But one original member - that being the drummer - who was not a primary songwriter - not good.

Overall, all parties involved mismanaged the situation after they finally got Juan Croucier back on bass for the M3 Festival in 2012. A band like Ratt just can't take five years off and not play live. I get it that Blotzer wanted (needed) the income. Pearcy can do a solo album and they take a year off, but not five.

Bottom line is fans want at least 3/5 original members and not 1/5.
