Dear Steve
In regards to I could care less about you as a customer, couldn't be further from the truth. I care about EVERY single customer and fan of every single act on the label. Now with that said, I apologize to all that have been waiting for the Best of. As it was put on hold due to other projects. Not to mention life in general getting in the way. In the end I am a modest outfit and can only do so much .
With that said, I do not recall seeing a recent email from you Steve in regards to your curiosity in regards to its status / eta. If you had email me direct through the website, or even on FB , I would have certainly gotten back to you. An open statement on a message board is not going to result in answers, although I guess it has in this case.
The Best of will come out, I apologize for its delay, and when it does, it will satisfy fans of the band and the back catalog.
