Just been watching Jimmy Barnes live on Aussie TV as part of Australia Day celebrations. He might have grey hair and put on a few extra kgs, but his voice is better than ever, in fact he sounds amazing, even threatening to go out of control at times. He performed 'I'd Die To Be With You Tonight', Khe Shan' and 'Good Times' with Guy Sebestian and some other guy. But that's what I love about him, no one else comes close, the guy is unique.

As a guy who was famous for shouting, you always kind of expect it to go a bit as they get older.
But since he's got back on the straight and narrow, his voice seems to be almost back to it's old glory. Just a shame the music he's singing isn't of the standard of classic 'Chisel and 1985 - 1988-era Jimmy.
There's apparently a new Living Loud in the works, and i'm hoping that something comes from his recent pair of collaborations with Joe Bonamassa.
His live show in Newcastle 2 years back was incredible.
