The other day was checking to see what my 16 year old was listening to and to my surprise it was filled with influences from me . Def Leppard , Motley Crue , Ratt , Dokken , Bon Jovi and many more . Any see this in there kids ? My dad liked country music and mom really anything so they never influenced me in that way . They do of course listen to some shite to appease their girlfriends but this gives me the opportunity to stay current and surprise the ladies at work with my knowledge of the bilge that most of the new generation get off on.

The 5 year old likes Kiss after seeing them last summer :)

The 17 year old is mostly into industrial metal and J-pop. She's now more the bizarre type, style wise. Used to like melodic rock in her early teens.

The 18 year old is the opposite. Harry Hess is my daughters current favourite, but she likes a wide variety of my music. Still likes the standard girly stuff mind you and has a really good knowledge of her music. And to be fair I like some of her stuff as well, though I don't think she is too impressed by that!
