It's moments like seeing that performance last night that remind me that music is in my blood and I should just roll with it.

I just turned 50, and have decided to start recording everything I have in demo from, and to even release a few things in demo format. I have nothing to lose, and really want to do it while I can (or think I can!).

I just finished a demo of one of my favorite Perry songs "Lost Angels" and will post it somewhere for the pure fun of it. I tried to record it without copping all the Perryisms, but it's just not possible! My daughter Summer sang the bridge parts and backgrounds for a twist.

Any suggestions where to post?

Absolutely stunning... only made better by the emotion it conjured in Jimmy Page, Robert Plant, John Paul Jones and even Jason Bonham.

Not a big Zeppelin or Heart fan but what an outstanding performance. Goosebumps when the choir came in and the emotion in the faces of Plant, Page and Jones and Bonham on the drums was just awesome.

A few years ago i had the pleasure of spending an evening with Ann and Nancy in LA together with legendary song writer Holly Knight who i was working with at the time...it is my profile picture on Facebook by fluke actually :)
A lot of real legends were present that evning as well and Heart even played a STUNNING 30 min unplugged set of their biggest hits...me and everyone else were speachless over Ann's voice...unreal!
