Not trying to stir up anything here, but I just read the latest Geoff Tate news on Blabbermouth, and there were two YouTube vids accompanying the article, which show that, if nothing else, the guy can still sing! The rest of the band is replaceable, to be diplomatic, but at his age, he's doing a fine job of it, in my humblest of the humble opinion :-). G. Rudy is in GT's "new" Queensryche, or whatever you want to call it.

These clips are GT's solo tour, with his backing band. They play a number of QR cuts, but also the garbage from his solo albums.

GT's QR will be on tour in the new year playing Operation: Mindcrime and other QR cuts, but apparently nothing from his solo albums.

It was the worst concert experience I've had. Geoff went on several long diatribes in between songs, complaining about the government, complaining people in the back of the arena weren't standing up. He was a complete dick and just seemed totally disconnected with the band and the audience.
