Hey Eric, You might consider this. Logitech Pure-Fi Anywhere I have this and it sounds friggin' awesome. It will surprise you with the bass response. The best part is the speakers have their own rechargeable battery pack which lasts 10 hours and will recharge the iPod as well. I use these when working outside around my house.
