Got these two through the post this morning, Kiss' "Monster" is indeed so, what a cracking album, superb stuff. Beth Hart "Bang Bang Boom Boom", to these eras her best solo effort to date, up there with her Bonamassa album. So many different genres and styles on this album and a couple of blues rock gems, one featuring Bonamassa on guitar...happy little boy here today. Can't remember who around here it was that put me onto her, but I'm very grateful. Love it.

Have heard some of the Kiss tracks on Youtube, and I have to say it's a bit...I dunno how to describe it; underwhelming let's just say. That's harsh coming from Youtube clips I understand, and also know that I'm only a casual fan of the band ("Alive III" is my favourite recording of theirs), so perhaps don't take my opinion into account.
