RE: STREETS

Hello fellow STREETS fans! I have both STREETS albums on LP in mint
condition! These are the original Atlantic Records pressings from 1983 and
1985. The "1st" album was released in 1983 and "Crimes In Mind" in 1985.
As far as I know they have never officially been released on CD but were
released as European bootlegs in 1998 and have since gone out of print.
ROCKHOUSE MUSIC online in Holland used to stock them back in 1998.
Someone should let Steve Walsh and Mike Slammer from the band know
there is a market for STREETS music and have these AWESOME recordings
re-issued on compact disc. Be sure to check out the King Biscuit Flower
Hour Live concert CD of STREETS released back in 1997. It's excellent!
Steelhouse Lane does an excellent cover of the STREETS tune "If Love
Should Go" on the Japanese release of their "Slaves Of The New World" CD.
I've also read on this website about a possible STREETS re-union! The "1st"
album is one the greatest AOR albums of all time! Definitly a great band from
the 80's...

Rocker Dave---ON ELEVEN MAGAZINE
"OREGON'S PREMIER HARD ROCK MAGAZINE"
