Hey folks, Does anybody know what program I can use to make Mp3s or WAVs out of a tape? Get those tape songs or bootlegs into an electronic format? Do I use one of the normal encoders? You can download it at http://www.syntrillium.com/ Not sure which version is free and can save the files though.
To convert files into different formats I use CDex. You can find it on shareware.com I think.

I use Audiograbber for my 'line in' recording off vinyl & tape, it is excellent, unfortunately it costs money!!!
