Wasn't the story that he originally left NR in the early stages to the tour and then afterwards, decided to rejoin them. I remember a magazine article of him saying something to the effect of it's much more fun playing to a bunch of girls with bouncing tits than to a bunch of head-banging guys.

From what I remember, I think he wanted to do the Night Ranger thing and that's why he left. It's a good thing too.

Brad does an excellent job on it. I bought it on vynil back then in 1982!! Ahhhh seems like yesterday!

I wish I knew he had stayed more in the band even though Bark at the Moon is a good album.

Does anyone know why Gillis didn't stay on with Ozzy, I recently obtained a vhs of them in 82, Gillis just ripped it up! Anyone with information, I would be curios to hear the dirt.
