I noticed your email and concers on our service. I assure you that we send all orders ASAP via Priority mail, we also engourage customers to insure all orders when shipping. As for the person you spoke with, please inform them to contact us regarding their order. We cannot help them if they do not notify us about their lost order. Since the start of our buisness, we have had very FEW situations that were not able to be resolved. I understand how upsetting it can be to order a C.D. and wait patiently for it to arrive, since I to enjoy ordering great melodic AOR from mail order companies.
