HSAS?

Anyone heard of this release? I was listening to the Hardradio station the other day and the distinctive vocals of Sammy Hagar came over the airwaves, not Van Hagar and not off his latest material. I found out the song title and went looking it in his back catalogue. Still nothing. "Top of the Rock" its called and it rocks big time. Anyway, a stroke of luck later, I found the song on a side project album called HSAS - Through the Fire. Has anyone heard of this, and if so, have you got or heard the album? That song absolutely goes off and I'd love to hear what the rest of it is like. The HSAS stands for Hagar/Schon/Anderson/Sodieve (I'm not sure about the last two, the graphic of the album cover is pretty poor). Any info greatly appreciated, cheers.

They played 2 or 3 shows in the Bay Area and the album was taken directly from those live recordings.

I love this album. Schon plays better here than on any Journey album in my opinion, and it's definitely Sammy's best work outside of Van Hagar. Find this album if you can, it's well worth it!

http://fordcountry.tripod.com

You know, if you were stranded on a deserted island and could only bring a few, this one would head up the list! LOL Apparently, these guys got together for a few live gigs and this is what came out of it, but for me, it sounds nothing like your typical boring "live in concert" record.

If you're a Sammy fan, this is a definite purchase!

Rogue
http://RogueCreations.tripod.com/
