New Van Halen rumor on the radio today! "According to sources in WB the long awaited reunion of the original Van Halen has been on hold because Van Halen is waiting for their new manager to finish touring. The new manager is Gene Simmons! Van Halen is prepared to wait because Eddie wants to put in alot more rehab so he'll be in the best possible condition when the reunion goes on tour. In the meantime DLR is keeping himself busy planning the upcoming release of his new DLR Band album that he recently finished recording. No word yet if he plans to tour in support of his new album." And thats what I heard on my local radio station here in Boston today! They played this news clip several times. All I can say is theat with Simmons ,VH is really planning to to a really big tour,marketing ,etc. Maybe we'll have VH dolls?! And the bit about Dave working on a DLR Band album .... can't be! There is NO DLR BAND at present, because all of the members have other jobs. Including the singer!
