I know we have heard of Dave going back to VH, but I know someone who would be BETTER! I know alot of people might not like Warrant, but after reading the review of the Van Halen tribute I went out and got it and DAMN!! Jani Lane just KILLS in that song. He sounds like a Younger, BETTER Roth. I am not a big fan of Warrant, but this song surprised me. It was without a doubt the best song on the CD, and I would KILL to have him join Van Halen if he sings all their songs like this! Listen to deep Purple mate - check out'mistreated' all sung by Mr Coverdale with no help from Glenn. As for the cheap crack about his weight wasn't it glenn who ended up as an overweight drug addict.

No doubt Glenn is a fantastic singer (check out Trapeze) but Listen to Dave on Live at the California Jam doing Smoke On The Water - absolutely fantastic.

Yea Dave may not be as good as he used to be but thats still a lot better than a few others I could mention.
