EARLY WARNING SYSTEM

Early Warning System are a band who play what is in their souls, they pride themselves on writing and playing what they feel and see in this diverse, dark and changing world. EWS is a four piece band from Canberra, Australia looking to reach a worldwide audience with their music,best described as Hard Rock on the Progressive side with Great Hooks, Magic Melodies and Outstanding Musicianship.

In mid 2006, EWS toured through South-East Asia,including Kuala Lumpur and Singapore, and have played extensively through the East Coast of Australia, including an outdoor concert in the middle of the CBD in Sydney and were so intense,had to cut short the gig, because of the traffic build up. Rock Lives in Everyone!!!

Through this the band have gained a reputation as an "intense experience" live, and " A live band to remember", and are definitely looking at touring overseas in the coming year ahead.
EWS are all over the internet, with well over 10,000 hits on myspace, (www.myspace.com/ewsrocks), and at least twice as many on their official site, www.earlywarningsystem.com.au), This is a band in demand, thus internet radio sites such as 76 Radio Ohio, The Brian Jasik Show Chicago IL, Radio Basile Italy and many more have played our tracks to rave reviews even the DJ's are in praise, D Rick (76 Radio) exclaims "Bend(no.1 track) is a musical adventure".

Overworld, their debut album is out now through Soundmass.com (independent distribution only), This is a foundation album, giving the listener the first introduction into the EWS world, a progressive album in the sense that every song is unique, from the confronting intro in Bend to the Instrumental exit, every song has a purpose, a message, a meaning, like life, no minute is the same and should not and is not wasted.
